2. About Hijab Center

Hijab Center is an online retailer of premium Irani hijabs, abayas, niqabs, and modest fashion. We sell to customers across Pakistan and operate through our website and related customer support channels.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account and place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may register with an email and password or sign in using Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it when it changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive.

4. Products, Pricing, and Orders

• Product images, colors, and descriptions are provided for reference. Slight variations in shade, fabric, or finish may occur due to photography and manufacturing.
• Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, promotions, and availability at any time before you complete checkout.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders (for example, due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).
• An order is not confirmed for fulfillment until payment is verified by our team, unless we state otherwise at checkout.

5. Payment and Verification

Hijab Center uses manual payment methods such as bank transfer. After checkout, you must submit payment according to the instructions shown and upload payment proof, including a transfer screenshot, sender name, amount paid, and sender account number.

Payment proofs are reviewed by our team. Orders remain pending until payment is verified. We may reject a submission if the proof is incomplete, incorrect, or does not match the order total. If payment is rejected, you will be notified and may resubmit proof within the timeframe shown in your account.

Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically after the period stated at checkout or in your order details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Pakistan to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by city, courier availability, and peak seasons. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. Delays caused by incorrect details, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control are not our liability.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns policy: Our full returns and exchange policy will be published on this page and may also be communicated at checkout or in your order confirmation. Until then, please contact us before returning any item.

Generally, items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached, and returned within the period stated in our returns policy. Custom, sale, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed. Shipping fees and payment processing costs may be non-refundable unless required by law or stated in our returns policy.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
